Empowering Students Through Leadership and Personal Growth

IBS College Miri recently conducted a 5C Leadership Talk at Kolej Tun Haji Bujang, providing students with valuable insights into leadership, personal development, and preparing for their future.

The session encouraged students to develop important qualities such as confidence, communication, teamwork, responsibility, and decision-making. Students were also reminded that leadership is not simply about holding a position, but about taking initiative, working well with others, and making positive contributions.

Through this sharing session, students gained new perspectives on leadership and were encouraged to apply these qualities in their studies, school activities, and future careers.
