- Visa Application Fee of RM1500.00 (subject to change)
- 12 Copies of colored passport-sized photographs
- 2 copies of identity card (IC / ID) copy
- 3 copies of passport copy (exclude blank pages)
- 2 certified true copies of academic certificates/transcripts or the relevant qualification
- 2 copies of Medical report
