

In early February, IBS college Miri held a lively Chinese New Year celebration to mark this important cultural event. The celebration took place in the college's main hall and was attended by students and staff form various background, showcasing the unity and harmony within the college community.
The event began with an opening speech form the college management, highlighting the importance of respecting and appreciating each other's cultures. One of the main highlights was the energetic and colorful lion dance performance, which is believed to bring good luck and drive away negative energy.
This celebration not only brought festive cheer to the campus but also served as a meaningful opportunity for students to learn about and appreciate Chinese traditions.
