SMK St. Joseph organised a 5C Leadership Talk for a total of 113 Class Monitors and PRS students from Form 1 to Form 4, with the aim of developing strong, responsible, and confident student leaders. The session focused on the 5C leadership values—Character, Communication, Collaboration, Commitment, and Compassion.
During the talk, students learned practical leadership skills such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leading by example. Through interactive sharing and real-life scenarios, they were encouraged to take responsibility, support their peers, and contribute positively to the school community.
The session also highlighted the importance of empathy, discipline, and integrity in leadership roles. Students were inspired to build confidence, strengthen their leadership mindset, and apply the 5C values in their daily responsibilities as class monitors and PRS members.
This Leadership Talk was a meaningful experience that empowered young leaders at SMK St. Joseph to grow, serve, and lead with purpose.
