Inspiring Young Leaders Through Leadership and Personal Growth
IBS College Miri recently conducted a Leadership Talk for Form 5C students at SMK Merbau, focusing on the importance of leadership, responsibility, teamwork, and personal development.
The session encouraged students to recognise their leadership potential and understand that being a good leader goes beyond holding a position. Through meaningful sharing and engaging discussions, students were inspired to build confidence, communicate effectively, make responsible decisions, and positively influence those around them.
The talk also highlighted the importance of developing a growth mindset and preparing themselves for future academic, personal, and career challenges.
