On 1st and 7th March 2025, IBS College successfully organized a Leadership Camp at two school in Miri: SMK St. Joseph and SMK Taman Tunku.

     The camp aimed to develop leadership skill among secondary school student throng fun and engaging activates such as team-building games, leadership simulations, and communication workshops. Student learned the importance of teamwork, decision-making, and effective communication.

     participants showed great enthusiasm and actively took part in all activities. One student shared, "I realized that leadership is not just about leading, but also about listening."

    The camp was a meaningful experience for the students, and IBS College was proud to support the development of future young leaders in Miri.
