SMK St. Joseph organised a Leadership Talk for a total of 160 students, including prefects from Form 1 to Form 4, to inspire and equip them with essential leadership skills. The session focused on building confidence, effective communication, teamwork, and responsibility — key qualities for student leaders both in school and in the wider community.
Through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and practical activities, students learned how to lead with integrity, motivate their peers, and make positive contributions to their school environment. The talk also encouraged them to reflect on their strengths, embrace challenges, and develop a proactive mindset in guiding and supporting others.
This Leadership Talk was a meaningful platform for SMK St. Joseph’s young leaders to grow, connect, and be inspired to set a positive example for their peers, helping them become responsible, confident, and capable leaders of tomorrow.
